Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of global tourism marketing strategy for Barcelona-based campaigns and product lines.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, content, paid media, email, social) to drive qualified traffic and bookings.
- Oversee brand storytelling, creative direction, and content calendar aligned with product launches.
- Build and nurture partnerships with DMOs, hotels, operators, and influencers.
- Analyze performance metrics, optimize ROI, and present insights to leadership.
- Manage a small team of marketing specialists; mentor and develop talent.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainable tourism practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in tourism marketing, destination marketing, or travel tech.
- Proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns that drive bookings.
- Strong creative and analytical skills; proficiency with marketing tech (CRM, CMS, analytics, ad platforms).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English; Spanish or other languages a plus.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
