We are seeking a motivated Tourism Sales Manager to lead growth, curate unforgettable itineraries, and foster lasting partnerships with hotels, operators, and destinations.
In this role you will blend strategic sales acumen with hands-on execution to deliver exceptional travel experiences for our diverse client base, while upholding our commitment to sustainable, authentic travel.
Responsibility
- Develop and manage B2B and B2C tourism programs and packages that align with brand positioning
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hotels, tour operators, DMO partners, and destination managers
- Design compelling itineraries and travel packages that highlight local culture, cuisine, and responsible tourism
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities
- Coordinate with operations to ensure flawless bookings, capacity management, and on ground execution
- Monitor performance metrics, forecast demand, and optimize pricing and distribution channels
- Collaborate with marketing to craft targeted campaigns and compelling sales collateral
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years in tourism, travel agency, or hospitality sales roles
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages a plus
- Proven sales track record with CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
