We are seeking an experienced Tourism Experience Manager who can oversee day-to-day tour operations, design immersive itineraries, manage vendor partnerships, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
In this role you will collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing to ensure product excellence, high NPS scores, and sustained growth.
What you’ll do: lead product development, supervise tour guides, analyze guest feedback, manage partnerships, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Responsibility
- Develop and curate immersive Bangkok and regional itineraries aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate ground operations, guides, transportation, and supplier services to ensure seamless experiences.
- Train and mentor tour guides for exceptional guest engagement and safety.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create compelling offers and upsell opportunities.
- Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
- Lead crisis management and emergency response planning for tours.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years in tourism operations, product development, or guest services.
- Proven track record delivering high-NPS tours and experiences.
- Strong vendor management and budget oversight.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English; Thai language skills are a strong asset.
- Proficiency with PMS/CRM systems and tour management software.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
