We are seeking a data-driven Tourism Marketing Specialist to drive awareness, bookings, and guest delight through integrated campaigns, compelling content, and strategic partnerships. You will own the marketing funnel for our tourism products, collaborating with operations, product, and sales to deliver remarkable journeys for travelers.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will:
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to attract and convert tourists to Portugal experiences.
- Manage content strategy across website, blog, social, email, and partner channels to inspire travel planning.
- Collaborate with product and operations to optimize itineraries, tours, and packaging for maximum appeal.
- Analyze performance metrics, A/B test campaigns, and report ROI to stakeholders.
- Build and nurture partnerships with local operators, hotels, and tourism boards.
- Oversee CRM and segmentation to deliver personalized traveler journeys and loyalty programs.
- Plan and manage budgets, timelines, and vendors to ensure on-time campaign delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in travel, tourism marketing, or hospitality with proven results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content).
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
