Capital Dynamics is seeking an Associate, IT Management to serve as a vital bridge between senior management and the IT team, overseeing the group\'s IT operations and service delivery. Responsibility
- Act as the IT operations liaison between senior leadership and IT teams to ensure services meet business needs and strategic goals.
- Oversee IT service delivery, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management in line with ITIL practices.
- Lead IT governance activities such as portfolio prioritization, risk management, compliance, and policy development.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define requirements, drive project execution, and transition new capabilities to production.
- Monitor security, continuity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and data privacy controls to protect critical assets.
- Track performance metrics, SLAs, capacity planning, and reporting to leadership; drive continuous improvement.
- Provide clear communications and regular updates to stakeholders on IT initiatives and outcomes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-5 years IT operations or IT management experience, preferably within financial services or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL based service management, governance frameworks, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), cybersecurity practices, data privacy, and disaster recovery planning.
- Project management and analytical abilities; capable of translating business needs into IT deliverables; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiations in a multi stakeholder environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP/CRM used in asset management or financial services is advantageous.
