Responsibility

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of project workpapers, deliverables, and engagement documentation to ensure compliance with PwC methodologies and professional standards.
  • Execute risk-based QA testing, including design, execution, and documentation of controls testing and data validation.
  • Support engagement teams in identifying control gaps, performing root-cause analysis, and delivering remediation recommendations.
  • Maintain and improve QA dashboards and trackers to monitor engagement quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior QA specialists and auditors to resolve findings and accelerate issue resolution.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and training to promote best practices in quality and risk management.
  • Assist in communicating risk findings and remediation plans to clients in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and PwC's internal policies across engagements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, internal audit, risk management, or related fields (or internships during studies).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with audit methodologies, internal controls, and risk assessment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis and basic data visualization is a plus.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian regulatory requirements and professional standards is a plus.
