Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at KK Women's and Children's Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the wellbeing needs of children aged 0-3 in collaboration with KidSTART@KKH.
Responsibility
- Coordinate and implement wellbeing programs for children 0-3 years old
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for children
- Assist in assessing and identifying wellbeing needs of young children
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of wellbeing initiatives
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with young children in a healthcare or social service setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for promoting wellbeing and early childhood development
