Twoconnect is seeking an AU Accountant (NetSuite) to join our growing finance team. This full-time, work-from-home role supports multi-country operations from the Philippines and offers a day shift schedule. You will be the go-to specialist for NetSuite-based accounting processes, ensuring accurate records, timely reconciliations, and insightful financial analysis. Your responsibilities include managing reconciliations and journal entries in NetSuite, performing month-end close processes, and delivering accurate financial reporting for regional stakeholders. You will monitor intercompany transactions, support audit readiness, and drive continuous process improvements that enhance data quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on NetSuite experience, strong knowledge of GAAP, and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibility
- Manage NetSuite-based accounting for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions.
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and review regional financial statements and management reports for stakeholders across jurisdictions.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and monitor cross-border transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support audit readiness and collaborate with external auditors during year-end processes.
- Collaborate with finance teams (AP, AR, Tax, Compliance) to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
- Assist with statutory reporting and ensure adherence to local GAAP and corporate policies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize NetSuite configurations and finance processes to enhance data quality and efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant with NetSuite experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting multi-country finance operations and intercompany accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills; comfortable working remotely.
- Knowledge of local tax rules and GAAP basics; CPA designation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
