As an Auditor - Entry Level, you will support the internal audit and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency across financial records. You’ll work closely with senior auditors and cross-functional teams to verify transactions, test controls, and contribute to timely financial reporting. Responsibility
- Collect, compile, and verify source documents to support financial transactions and reporting.
- Assist in testing internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger balances.
- Support month-end close activities by organizing schedules and documenting adjustments.
- Document audit findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and organized audit and accounting records in the ERP system and spreadsheets.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates encouraged.
- 0-2 years of relevant internship or work experience in auditing or accounting.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of auditing principles, internal controls, and GAAP (Philippines context).
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong ethics.
