WeSupport is seeking a highly skilled Automation QA Engineer to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation testing and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement automated tests to ensure software quality
- Collaborate with software developers and project managers to identify test requirements
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team
- Identify and report bugs and errors to ensure quality software delivery
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Proven experience in automation testing tools and frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
