Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical problems
- Research, design, and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms and models
- Optimize existing AI capabilities to improve performance and scalability
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
