BreadTalk is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at SM Mindpro, Zamboanga City. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods to meet our customers' needs.
Responsibility
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of bread and pastries
- Follow existing recipes and develop new ones as needed
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the team to develop new products and improve existing ones
Qualification
- Previous experience as a Baker or a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
