Responsibility
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries
- Follow recipes and ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
Qualification
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and quality
- Good communication skills
