We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at SM Mindpro in Zamboanga City. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods and pastries to meet customer demands.
Responsibility
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and instructions to maintain consistency in quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Decorate and present bakery items in an attractive manner
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the baking area
Qualification
- Prior experience working as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and quality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
