Responsibility
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for key banking products (payments, digital wallets, lending).
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform product enhancements and pricing.
- Partner with Technology and UX teams to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Define KPI framework and monitor product performance, delivering regular stakeholder updates.
- Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment and controls.
- Own backlog prioritization and collaborate across cross-functional squads.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in banking product management, digital channels, or payments.
- Strong data fluency with SQL and experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of AML/KYC, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile product development and working with tech teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
