Responsibility
- Greet guests at the bar, take drink orders, and coordinate with bartenders to ensure timely service.
- Prepare and serve beverages, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain bar station cleanliness, stock levels, garnishes, and glassware; assist with inventory checks.
- Process payments and handle cash or POS transactions with accuracy and accountability.
- Monitor guest flow and seating near the bar to optimize service speed and comfort.
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all bar activities.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to upsell beverages and create memorable guest experiences.
Qualification
- Prior bar server or similar hospitality experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a graveyard shift in a fast paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills; familiarity with POS systems
- Good grooming, professional appearance, and positive attitude
- Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn and grow
