Join Private Advertiser as a Barista in Denpasar Bali
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our dynamic hospitality team on a contract basis. Based in Denpasar, Bali, you will craft high quality espresso beverages and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast paced environment. As a Barista you will bring a passion for great coffee and a friendly, proactive service style. You will work with fresh ingredients, seasonal offerings, and a variety of equipment to deliver consistent beverages that meet our quality standards. Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a range of espresso based beverages to exact specifications and quality standards
- Engage with customers, take orders, and upsell drinks and snacks
- Operate and clean espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment
- Maintain inventory, restock supplies, and manage daily POS transactions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and maintain pristine workplace cleanliness
- Collaborate with front of house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Keep product knowledge up to date and contribute to seasonal promotions
Qualification
- Previous barista experience in a fast paced cafe or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and beverage presentation; latte art is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; proficient in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Reliable, proactive, and a good team player with strong time management
