We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join Private Advertiser in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. Responsibility
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks including latte, cappuccino, americano, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
- Engage with customers, take orders, answer beverage questions, and upsell complementary items when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation; sanitize surfaces; restock cups, beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Operate the POS system accurately; handle cash and card transactions; balance cash at the end of each shift.
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure quality and consistency, including latte art where applicable.
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly; assist with basic cleaning and calibration as required.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver fast, friendly service during peak hours and maintain a positive cafe atmosphere.
Qualification
- Previous barista or cafe service experience is a plus; training provided for all levels.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Basic math and cash handling abilities; comfortable with POS transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong teamwork mindset; reliable, proactive, and friendly attitude.
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and safe operating procedures.
