Join Larasa Coffee Space in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya as a Barista with Private Advertiser. This full-time role is ideal for coffee enthusiasts who excel in customer service and teamwork. Key responsibilities include crafting espresso based drinks, brewing filter coffee, and preparing other beverages to meet recipe standards. You will master our equipment, perform latte art, and ensure presentation aligns with brand guidelines. You will greet guests, take orders, suggest items to enhance guest experience, and handle transactions accurately with our POS system.
In addition to beverage preparation, you will uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and food safety. You will manage stock, rotate inventories, and communicate with teammates to ensure a smooth shift. You will support opening and closing duties and collaborate to maintain a welcoming and efficient cafe ambience.

Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high quality coffee and beverages following recipes and presentation standards
- Operate espresso machine and grinders with attention to grind size, tamping pressure, and extraction time
- Craft latte art and ensure beverages are visually appealing
- Greet customers, take orders, upsell menu items and provide friendly, attentive service
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines
- Monitor stock levels, restock milk, syrups, and pastries, and rotate inventory
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system, balancing the till at shift end
- Assist with opening and closing duties and collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
- Proven experience as a barista or in a cafe environment
- Solid knowledge of coffee beans, grinding, extraction, milk texturing, and latte art
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask while maintaining quality
- Basic math and cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends; reliable attendance
- Strong grooming and hygiene standards and ability to stand for extended periods
