Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages and other drinks to our quality standards.
- Greet customers, take accurate orders, customize drinks, and upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
- Operate the POS system, process cash and card transactions, and issue receipts with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and dining space; adhere to sanitation and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory, stock supplies, rotate products, and report shortages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak periods and ensure fast, friendly service.
- Assist in training new staff and supporting line setups, opening and closing duties as required.
- Ensure brand standards and guest experiences are consistently delivered, handling feedback professionally.
Qualification
- Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, milk texturing, and basic latte art; POS experience is a plus.
- Cash handling and basic math skills; accuracy in order-taking and transactions.
- Team player with reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude; availability for weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; commitment to cleanliness and quality control.
- Proficiency in Indonesian; English language skills are advantageous.
