Ideals Recruitment is seeking a passionate Barista (Latte Art) to join a dynamic cafe team in the Central Region. Salary & Benefits: SGD 2,400 – 3,600 per month. The package includes a base up to SGD 2,500 plus allowances. As a Barista (Latte Art), you will play a key role in shaping the cafe experience. You’ll craft beautiful, consistent beverages, engage with guests, and ensure every cup meets our high standards. You’ll also maintain a clean, organized workstation, manage stock, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver speedy, friendly service.

Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages with precise latte art and consistent presentation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation from opening to close.
- Deliver exceptional customer service; greet guests, take orders, upsell items, and handle special requests.
- Operate and maintain a clean, organized workstation; adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock management for coffee, milk, syrups, and pastries.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; clean and sanitize equipment regularly.
- Collaborate with team members, share knowledge on latte art, and support training of new staff.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualification
- Prior barista or cafe experience; latte art proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art techniques.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment; strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math, cash handling, and POS system proficiency.
- Food hygiene certification or willingness to obtain; knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
