We are looking for a skilled Barista/Shift Supervisor to join our team at J&T Express, a trendy café located in Los Baños, Laguna. As a Barista/Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of drinks, serving customers with a smile, and maintaining the quality and cleanliness of our café.
Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Train and supervise other barista staff
- Handle cash transactions accurately
Qualification
- Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
