As a Bartender, you will be the face of our beverage program, combining artful mixology with a warm, professional service style. You will work in a fast-paced environment, rotate shifts, and collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience. What you’ll receive includes a basic salary up to SGD 3,800 plus allowances, a rotating or split shift schedule, and a supportive environment where you can learn new techniques, refine your craft, and grow within our organization.
Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, mocktails, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Deliver warm, attentive service, engage with guests, and upsell thoughtfully to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area; monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with inventory control.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines; verify guest ages where required.
- Operate POS systems to process orders and payments; reconcile cash and card transactions at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of drinks and related requests.
- Monitor beverage trends, contribute ideas for new offerings, and ensure consistent quality across all service touchpoints.
Qualification
- Proven bartending experience with a strong track record of delivering high-quality service (1–3+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology techniques, and beverage pairing fundamentals.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to read guest needs and upsell appropriately.
- Strong math and cash-handling abilities; comfortable using POS systems.
- Food hygiene and safety certification; willingness to undergo additional training as required.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
