Responsibility
- Mix, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to the highest standards.
- Provide a warm, friendly, and efficient service to all guests at the bar.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage bar inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure supply levels are maintained.
- Create classic and signature cocktails following standard recipes.
- Interact with guests, answer questions, and make recommendations on beverages and menu items.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and support smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with local and international beverages is a plus.
