Responsibility
- Provide high-quality facial and aesthetic treatments tailored to each client’s skin type and concerns.
- Conduct professional skincare consultations, skin analyses, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform services such as facials, lash extensions, brow shaping, and other beauty treatments within scope and certifications.
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols for all treatment areas and equipment.
- Build and nurture a loyal client base through personalized care, aftercare guidance, and follow-up communication.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by upselling skincare routines, maintenance packages, and retail products.
- Schedule appointments, manage client records, and coordinate with teammates to ensure smooth client flow.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, products, and techniques to deliver best-in-class results and advice.
- Collaborate with the team on promotions, client events, and referral initiatives to grow the studio’s client base.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a beautician or aesthetics consultant with a track record of client satisfaction and retention.
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of facial treatments, skin analysis, and skincare product ingredients and usage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills in English; Malay or additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work with an established client base and maintain professional relationships.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing appointments and client records accurately.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance in all treatments.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning in aesthetics.
