What you’ll do:

Responsibility

  • Develop and own the brand marketing strategy and calendar, aligning with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Lead 360-degree campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, PR, and in-store activations.
  • Partner with product development to translate consumer insights into compelling product storytelling.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, creator collaborations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee budget, forecast ROI, and optimize media mix for maximum impact.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to inform optimization and reporting to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Retail teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.

Qualification

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of beauty or cosmetics brand marketing experience with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels, social media, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and budgets with data-driven optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
