We are seeking a results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead our Los Angeles marketing initiatives, driving awareness, engagement, and revenue across digital and retail channels. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, consumer-first environment.
\nAs the Beauty Brand Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with product, e-commerce, PR, and sales teams to craft a cohesive brand narrative and 360 campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences including Gen Z and Millennials. You will thrive on turning insights into action, managing budgets, and delivering measurable impact.
\nWhat you’ll do:
Responsibility
- Develop and own the brand marketing strategy and calendar, aligning with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead 360-degree campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, PR, and in-store activations.
- Partner with product development to translate consumer insights into compelling product storytelling.
- Manage influencer partnerships, creator collaborations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Oversee budget, forecast ROI, and optimize media mix for maximum impact.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to inform optimization and reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales and Retail teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.
- Mentor junior team members and build a high-performance marketing function.
Qualification
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of beauty or cosmetics brand marketing experience with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, social media, content creation, and influencer marketing.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and budgets with data-driven optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (GA, CRM, marketing automation) and attribution modeling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States; willingness to travel as needed.
