We are seeking a results-driven Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives that grow brand awareness, drive e-commerce sales, and elevate our retail partnerships. You will own go-to-market planning, creative direction, and measurable campaigns across digital, social, PR, and influencer channels.
As part of our fast-paced team, you will collaborate with product, design, and sales to craft compelling stories and launches that resonate with beauty enthusiasts and professionals alike. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong communication, and a passion for skincare and cosmetics.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategy for skincare and cosmetics lines in the Los Angeles region.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market campaigns including product launches, events, and retail activations.
- Manage budget, allocate resources, and track ROI across all channels.
- Collaborate with product, creative, PR, digital and e-commerce teams to drive cohesive brand narratives.
- Build influencer and creator partnerships to expand reach and credibility.
- Oversee retail partner marketing and co-op programs, in-store campaigns, and visual merchandising support.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance; present actionable insights to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 5+ years of beauty or consumer goods marketing experience, preferably skincare or cosmetics
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and brand storytelling
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email platforms, and CRM systems
- Creative thinker with data-driven decision making and attention to detail
