VivaGlow Cosmetics is seeking a strategic and creative Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our premium skincare and makeup lines in the US market. You will own go to market planning, launch execution, and cross functional collaboration with product, creative, ecommerce, and sales teams. The ideal candidate has a track record in beauty brand management, digital marketing, and a passion for trends and consumer insights.
As a senior marketing professional, you will shape brand strategy, oversee campaigns across channels, and drive revenue through innovative product storytelling and performance marketing. This is an opportunity to influence a rapidly growing beauty brand with a global vision.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns for skincare and cosmetics across digital, social, and retail partnerships.
- Lead product launches from concept to GTM, including positioning, messaging, creative briefs, and launch calendars.
- Collaborate with product, design, ecommerce and sales teams to drive growth through cross channel campaigns and retail partnerships.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and optimize ROI.
- Manage budget, track performance metrics, and report KPIs to executive leadership.
- Build influencer and PR initiatives to elevate brand awareness and credibility.
- Oversee content strategy for website, social, email, and paid media with a focus on conversion.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of beauty brand marketing experience in skincare or cosmetics.
- Proven track record with digital marketing, social media, influencer campaigns, and product launches.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools and data driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration abilities.
- Proven project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Deep understanding of beauty consumer trends and channels including ecommerce and retail.
