Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Create visually compelling dashboards, reports, and analytics that drive business strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand information needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing BI frameworks to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of BI data.
- Provide technical expertise and user training to team members and end-users.
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests and deliver actionable insights promptly.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in BI development or data analysis.
- Proficiency in at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud BI solutions and scripting languages is a plus.
