Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage BIM models and processes between architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure design accuracy and integration.
- Lead BIM implementation across all project phases, including design, construction, and as-built stages.
- Develop, review, and maintain accurate BIM models, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues proactively in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, drawings, and deliverables using BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
- Provide guidance and BIM technical support to project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and track project progress on BIM tasks to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, Singapore BIM Guidelines, and industry best practices.
Qualification
- Diploma or Specialist Diploma in BIM, Architecture, or a related field; DDM Tier 2 qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Modeler within the construction or design industry.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM authoring tools.
- Strong knowledge of local and international BIM standards, including Singapore BIM Guidelines.
- Familiarity with clash detection, model coordination, and project delivery using BIM methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Previous exposure to working with an A1 Main Contractor or large-scale construction projects is highly advantageous.
