Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is a leading Indonesian food and beverage producer, known for iconic brands and a robust distribution network across the country. The Depo Malimping facility in West Java supports regional operations by coordinating warehousing, inbound and outbound logistics, and timely deliveries to retailers and distributors. We are seeking a Branch Logistics Coordinator with a proven track record to join our team and help sustain service levels while optimizing costs.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in logistics as a coordinator or supervisor, strong computer literacy in MS Office, and solid analytical capabilities. You will partner with procurement, production planning, and sales to align supply chain activities with demand, and you will drive improvements in processes and data accuracy to support business growth.
In this role you will manage day to day activities including inventory control, shipment planning, carrier coordination, and warehouse operations. You will monitor key performance indicators, prepare regular reports, and ensure compliance with safety and company SOPs. Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations at the Depo Malimping, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, optimize routes, and monitor carrier performance to balance cost and service levels.
- Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading/unloading with a focus on safety and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with procurement, production planning, and sales to align supply with demand and production schedules.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and warehouse productivity; prepare regular performance reports.
- Resolve logistics exceptions, delays, or damage by coordinating with carriers and internal teams, and escalate where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; manage documentation and record-keeping.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics as a coordinator or supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work at Depo Malimping in West Java and adapt to evolving schedules; safety- and quality-conscious.
