Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is seeking a highly motivated Branch Logistics Coordinator to join our Kalideres-based team supporting the Depo Kapuk network. This role leads end-to-end logistics operations for the branch, including inbound reception, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound distribution. You will partner with warehouse teams, fleet partners, and sales to ensure on-time deliveries, accurate inventory, and optimal transport utilization. The right candidate will have at least two years of logistics experience in a coordinator or supervisor role, strong computer literacy (MS Office, with advanced Excel), and a data-driven mindset to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include coordinating daily shipments, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining precise data in ERP/WMS systems. You will implement efficient warehouse processes, analyze throughput, and generate KPIs to monitor performance (on-time in full, OTIF, order cycle time, and cost per shipment). You will also work across functions to resolve bottlenecks, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Responsibility
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments for the Kalideres branch, ensuring on-time arrivals and accurate documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to minimize stockouts and excess stock.
- Plan and optimize routes, loading schedules, and transportation with carriers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/WMS systems, generate KPI reports (OTIF, on-time performance, cost per shipment).
- Ensure compliance with Garudafood’s safety, quality, and regulatory standards across warehouse and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to improve layout, putaway strategies, and picking/packing efficiency.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate service levels and transport rates.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff; monitor performance and support a collaborative team environment.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or supervisory roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in Kalideres/Jakarta Raya and adapt to shift schedules as needed.
- English proficiency is a plus.
