Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is seeking a proactive Branch Logistics Coordinator to join our Kolaka operations. This role is ideal for a disciplined logistics professional who can manage daily transport, inventory, and warehouse activities across a fast-moving supply chain. Preference is given to candidates with a background in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management, and a minimum of 1 year of logistics experience at a similar level.
As the Branch Logistics Coordinator for the Kolaka branch, you will partner with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries, accurate stock levels, and cost-effective transportation. You will monitor inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier performance, and maintain compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. The position offers exposure to hands-on process improvements and opportunities to contribute to the company’s continued growth in Indonesia.

Responsibility
- Coordinate daily logistics operations at the Kolaka branch to ensure on-time delivery and efficient routing.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, carrier selection, and transportation scheduling.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and system updates.
- Prepare shipping documents, customs paperwork where applicable, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align supply and demand.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and transportation costs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, improve service levels, and cut costs.
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers, vendors, and cross-functional partners to ensure dependable operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of logistics experience at a similar level (entry to mid-level).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in Kolaka and adapt to local conditions; willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
