Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the spa branch to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff to meet performance and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all areas.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary and managing budgets efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate results to senior management.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the hospitality or spa industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of hospitality operations and customer service best practices.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with POS/management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
