Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee and espresso beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the brewing station and throughout the café.
- Consistently monitor and restock inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the customer experience.
- Offer excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Calibrate and operate coffee equipment, ensuring optimal taste and quality of all beverages.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualification
- Previous experience as a barista or brewer in a café or restaurant is a plus.
- Passion for coffee and a strong desire to learn and grow in the specialty coffee industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent beverage quality.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
