Insight Enterprises is seeking a motivated Business Analyst I to join our Metro Manila team. This role sits at the intersection of business process improvement and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) operations, delivering value to employees, managers, and stakeholders across the organization. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, map current and future processes, and partner with IT, operations, and business teams to implement practical, scalable improvements. Your work will help simplify complex workflows, unlock productivity, and strengthen how our workforce experiences digital tools and services.
As a DEX-focused analyst, you will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design data-driven solutions that enhance productivity, engagement, and service quality. You will leverage data to justify changes, create dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on, collaborative role in a fast-paced environment where your insights can directly impact employee experience and operational efficiency across the organization.
Responsibility
- Gather and analyze business requirements for DEX initiatives; translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Map current and future business processes using BPMN; identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and digital workplace improvements.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, operations, and other stakeholders to design, test, and implement practical solutions that enhance Digital Employee Experience.
- Develop and monitor KPIs; build dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau) to track performance and drive data-driven decisions.
- Support change management activities, including communication materials, training support, and stakeholder alignment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies; assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story refinement.
- Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses; present recommendations to leadership and secure buy-in.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of business analysis experience; entry-level role (BA I) welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel; foundational SQL; data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with process mapping (BPMN) and requirements gathering; ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage stakeholders and work cross-functionally in a diverse environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to base in or near Pasig City (Metro Manila) with hybrid work flexibility.
