Responsibility
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system development and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
- Document business processes, workflows, and systems for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Identify, track, and resolve issues or risks impacting project delivery or system performance.
- Support data gathering and analysis to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Provide timely updates and reports to project stakeholders and management teams.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives to keep skills up-to-date with industry trends.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
