Key responsibilities include partnering with business users to gather requirements, developing and maintaining SQL queries, reviewing data integrity across sources, and creating dashboards that highlight key metrics. You will support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting, while ensuring compliance with data governance standards. Responsibility
- Partner with business users to gather and translate requirements into clear SQL based reports and data solutions.
- Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics.
- Monitor data quality and assist with data integration across multiple sources; implement data governance best practices.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to deliver actionable insights for country teams, HQ, and partners.
- Support operational processes such as monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement with timely data.
- Collaborate with IT and regional stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements.
- Document data definitions, processes, and business rules; provide user training and ongoing support.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong SQL skills; ability to write and optimize complex queries.
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid analytical thinking, data storytelling, and problem solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality concepts, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP CRM systems and data integration concepts; ability to work in a regional/global environment.
