As a BI Analyst I, you will transform raw data into clear dashboards and narratives. You will develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, perform data validation to ensure accuracy, and deliver routine and ad hoc analyses that inform decision making. This role emphasizes data quality, accessibility, and storytelling, helping stakeholders understand what the numbers mean and how to act on them. Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate questions into analytical requirements and deliver actionable dashboards
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that track key metrics and KPIs
- Ensure data quality by performing validation checks and data cleansing across multiple sources
- Analyze data trends, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to drive business decisions
- Support ad hoc analyses and perform scenario testing to support process improvements
- Document data definitions, sources, and governance standards to improve data consistency
- Assist in building scalable data models and lightweight ETL processes
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data governance principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City with a night shift schedule
- Familiarity with Excel and data storytelling; experience with Python or R is a plus
