Join IBEX Global Solutions as a Business Performance Reporting Analyst and help drive data-driven decisions across our remote operations. In this midshift, Work From Home role, you will own the design, development, and ongoing optimization of scorecard trackers, reports, and dashboards that monitor key performance indicators for our contact center and business processes. You will leverage Power BI for data visualization and Jira for issue and project tracking, ensuring timely and accurate information is available to leadership and operations teams.
What you will do includes creating scalable dashboards, automating routine reporting tasks, validating data quality, and implementing process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase accuracy. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into metrics, document data models, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. Responsibility
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and scorecards to monitor KPIs across operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop Jira-based workflow dashboards and project status reports to improve visibility and governance
- Automate data collection, transformation, and reporting processes to save time and reduce errors
- Monitor data quality, perform data validation, and implement data governance practices
- Analyze performance trends, generate insights, and support decision making with clear recommendations
- Document data models, metrics definitions, and dashboard standards; train users and promote self-service analytics
- Provide timely weekly and monthly performance summaries and respond to ad hoc data requests for midshift operations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in BI reporting or business analytics with strong Power BI proficiency
- Experience using Jira for project tracking and reporting; strong data visualization skills
- Solid data analysis skills with SQL proficiency and advanced Excel expertise
- Ability to translate business requirements into dashboards and metrics; excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a remote/midshift environment
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
