Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate the café team to deliver exceptional guest experiences from opening to closing.
  • Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure accurate, timely, and quality service.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance checks and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and health regulations; monitor cleanliness of the service area and dining space.
  • Manage inventory, perform stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages.

Qualification
