Job description
As a Captain at Joe & Dough, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the outlet and ensuring that all tasks are carried out according to the standard operating procedures (SOP) set by the company. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team.
Responsibility
- Manage daily operations of the outlet
- Ensure compliance with SOP
- Train and supervise staff
- Maintain inventory and stock levels
- Provide excellent customer service

- Prior experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
