Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team in the Surabaya area. As the Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet and ensuring that all SOP standards are met.
Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily operations of the outlet
- Ensure compliance with SOP standards
- Train and mentor staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and issues

- Prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
