In this role you will work one-on-one with clients to define career goals, craft compelling resumes and LinkedIn profiles, prepare for interviews, and map actionable career plans that drive measurable outcomes.
As a trusted advisor you will help clients articulate value, expand networks, and secure meaningful roles across industries. You will collaborate with senior consultants to deliver tailored coaching, materials, and workshops that accelerate career outcomes.
Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth client assessments to identify strengths, aspirations, and market opportunities, translating insights into actionable career plans.
- Develop personalized roadmaps with clear milestones and timelines to guide client progress.
- Provide high-impact resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview coaching to maximize client visibility and success.
- Deliver structured one-on-one coaching and group workshops on career strategy, branding, and job search techniques.
- Collaborate with clients to target industries and roles, building tailored outreach and networking plans.
- Track progress, measure outcomes, and adjust strategies to ensure clients meet or exceed goals.
- Maintain confidential client records and adhere to professional standards and ethics.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Counseling, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, or HR advisory.
- Proven success helping clients secure roles across multiple industries, with a focus on technology, finance, or professional services.
- Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview coaching capabilities.
- Familiarity with career assessment tools (e.g., MBTI, CliftonStrengths) is a plus.
- Comfort delivering workshops and public speaking in a professional setting.
