You will design individualized coaching journeys, facilitate transformative 1:1 sessions, and lead engaging group workshops. The role combines remote coaching with periodic in-person sessions in Seattle, Washington, to maximize impact.

Responsibility

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with executives and high-potential professionals using evidence-based frameworks.
  • Design and implement personalized coaching plans aligned with client goals and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate leadership development, communication, and resilience through structured exercises and feedback.
  • Track progress with clear metrics, dashboards, and regular review cycles; adjust plans accordingly.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, maintain confidentiality, and manage boundaries.
  • Collaborate with client HR, learning teams, and stakeholders to integrate coaching into broader talent programs.
  • Deliver experiential workshops and webinars to groups ranging from 6 to 40 participants.
  • Stay current with coaching research and tools; mentor less-experienced coaches when applicable.

Qualification

  • ICF credential or equivalent (ACC/PCC) or 5+ years of demonstrated coaching experience.
  • Proven track record coaching executives and leadership teams.
  • Strong listening, powerful questioning, and feedback skills.
  • Experience with assessments (360s, MBTI, StrengthsFinder) and goal-setting methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to work hybrid/remote; comfortable managing multiple clients and time zones.
