Momentum Leadership Institute is seeking a dynamic Executive & Leadership Coach to partner with C-suite and high-potential leaders across industries. Responsibility

  • Conduct 1:1 coaching engagements with C-suite and senior leaders to accelerate performance and behavioral change.
  • Design tailored coaching plans, development roadmaps, and measurable outcomes aligned to business goals.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops and team coaching sessions to improve collaboration, culture, and execution.
  • Utilize evidence-based assessment tools (360s, psychometrics) to inform coaching strategy and track progress.
  • Partner with HR, Talent & L&D to integrate coaching with succession planning and talent development.
  • Provide ongoing progress reporting and demonstrate ROI through data-driven insights.
  • Mentor internal coaches and contribute to scaling the coaching program across the organization.

Qualification

  • 8+ years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or management consulting.
  • Accredited coaching certification (ICF PCC/ACC, EMCC, or equivalent).
  • Proven impact coaching senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional listening, powerful questioning, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and workshop design abilities.
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred (MBA or related field).
