We are seeking a Senior Executive Coach to design and deliver high-impact coaching engagements for C-suite and senior leaders. This role blends one-on-one coaching with scalable leadership programs and requires unwavering integrity, confidentiality, and outcome focus.
As part of our client-centric team, you will collaborate with HR, L&D, and business leaders to drive measurable transformation and sustained performance.
Responsibility
- Lead confidential 1:1 executive coaching engagements with senior leaders to enhance strategic thinking, communication, and execution.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve coaching programs aligned with client goals and business outcomes.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and off-sites; translate insights into practical development plans.
- Conduct 360s, gather feedback, and apply data-driven approaches to measure progress and ROI.
- Partner with HR and L&D teams to identify client needs and build scalable coaching solutions.
- Provide thought leadership, transfer learning to the client organization, and coach teams through organizational changes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of executive coaching, leadership development, or equivalent experience.
- ICF credential (ACC/ PCC) or comparable accreditation; strong knowledge of coaching methodologies.
- Proven ability to work with C-level executives and cross-functional leaders in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, listening, and questioning skills; high emotional intelligence.
- Strong program design, facilitation, and assessment capabilities (360s, psychometrics).
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical coaching standards.
