In this role, you will manage daily cash transactions, process payments using the POS system, issue receipts, and help guests with inquiries about services and travel benefits. You will balance cash at shift start and close, prepare daily reports, and maintain a clean, orderly checkout area that reflects the brand’s standards. You will work closely with colleagues from sales, operations, and guest services to resolve issues and deliver a seamless guest experience.

Responsibility
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale or service counter
- Operate the POS system, process payments, refunds, and up-sell opportunities with professionalism
- Issue receipts and ensure proper cash balance at the start and end of each shift
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers and travelers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area consistent with company standards
- Answer questions about services, promotions, and travel benefits
- Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve issues promptly
- Follow security procedures to protect cash and company assets
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or hospitality is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or POS experience
- Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common software
