Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and handle cash, credit, and e-payment transactions accurately.
- Ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items to high-quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cashier area at all times.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to Thai Mango recipes and protocols.
- Process customer orders efficiently and ensure prompt service delivery.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and materials as needed throughout shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
Qualification
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as cashier, kitchen staff, or in a restaurant setting is an advantage.
- Strong basic math and cash handling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
