In this role, you will prepare, cook, and plate high-quality Western-style itemsâfrom juicy burgers and grilled items to crispy sides and flavorful saucesâwhile upholding our standards for taste, portion control, and presentation.
What youâll do in this role:
- Prepare and cook Western fast-food dishes according to recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen station at all times.
- Execute mise en place, monitor cooking temperatures and times, and ensure consistent portioning.
- Prepare sauces, dressings, garnishes, and sides to complement main dishes.
- Adhere to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and waste management best practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen teammates and front-of-house to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Assist with menu items, daily specials, and quality control inspections.
- Monitor equipment, report maintenance needs, and contribute to a clean as-you-go culture.

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
