In this role, you will prepare, cook, and plate high-quality Western-style items—from juicy burgers and grilled items to crispy sides and flavorful sauces—while upholding our standards for taste, portion control, and presentation.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Prepare and cook Western fast-food dishes according to recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen station at all times.
  • Execute mise en place, monitor cooking temperatures and times, and ensure consistent portioning.
  • Prepare sauces, dressings, garnishes, and sides to complement main dishes.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and waste management best practices.
  • Collaborate with kitchen teammates and front-of-house to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Assist with menu items, daily specials, and quality control inspections.
  • Monitor equipment, report maintenance needs, and contribute to a clean as-you-go culture.
